Well..first off..HAPPY ALMOST MERDEKA DAY EVERYONE!


There..I've done my bit in spreading the joys of being patriotic. ANYWAY


Yeah so we had a massive hour long assembly again today. With speeches and more speeches and hilarious marching and all the other hoo haa. And of course..the singsonging and waving of random flags about. Mmmm..leg cramping and falling asleep and reading of digests and yelling of MERDEKAAA!! It was our last time ever celebrating independance day like this and yeah..i won't say i'll MISS it but..yeah.... MEH


And we had to stay back till like 3ish today to "prepare for installation" which was a complete waste of time because everyone else got a half day+15 minutes and like helloo!? the form fours are supposed to be the ones doing all the work anyway..like it's THEIR installation day, not ours. Sheesh. Anyway. Zabs was mega pissed when we gathered in the hall because the only ones there were like half the form fives and not a single form 4 was anywhere to be seen. =.= How stupid. And a whole bunch of important people were missing so she sort of blew [sort of]. Mm...all we did was rehearse once and watch the sketch and no one else was there so I snuck off and hid in the corridor and talked to Ian and Sher. We finished early [OMIGOD *cue amazed gasp*] so I went to KL Central to get cash and reload and LRT card and register my number and get food and coffee and I sat in Starbucks and did add math. Mmmmmm..coffee =)


What else..trials are now only a WEEK AND HALF AWAY *MAJOR HYPERVENTILATION* INHALEEXHALEINHALEEXHALE. Omigosh I'm so screwed. I'm going to be pulling all nighters from now on and for that I need coffee I can't believe we ran out of coffee GEEZ of all times to run out of coffee like what's up with THAT!?!?!?!??! O.O O.O O.O I think I need personal cheerleaders or something..am seriously running low on the moral support because everyone else seems to be doing so well. o.O


In other news.. Poor Ian lost his phone today. I totally know how incredibly sucky that feels and I sympathise to the max. =(( I guess it's a lot worse for him because his phone was super nice and all. *pats ian*


Poor Yannie has THE POX. How terrible is that...and what INSANELY CRUEL TIMING. This is just like the time Billie had it right before UPSR and I thought it couldn't get any worse than that. Apparently it can. Yannie get well soon =( I miss you being in school and I hope you're at least able to study at home..despite the horrible itching.


Oh and I have this MASSIVE ulcer that stops me from eating properly and talking properly and licking my lips because it HURTS LIKE HELL so I'm perpetually hungry now and it probably doesn't make a difference to anyone but I talk a lot less and my lips are cracking so badly. =( ULCER BE GONE DAMNIT! The only thing more painful than an ulcer is putting salt on an ulcer. Fricking agonizing. [And maybe cramps ;) heehee] And according to Sher's mom ulcers are demonic or something like that..kinda freaky o.O


The emoness has sort of died down lately. It's a little easier to smile and laugh and be cheerful but now I'm so tired everyday I conk out at like 10/11ish and wake up at random hours during the night for no apparent reason. Meh. How annoying.

Woah my gosh I feel soo sick right now. =S bleurgh. Had ballet first thing in the morning and I still think that cancelling our Saturday morning class was a BIG FAT mistake because today we had our first morning class in a loooong time and it was HELLooo dolly well helloo dolly..o.o


Woke up late and msged for a while before I actually REALISED I was late and rushed around showering and tying hair and looking for hairpins to pin said hair and hunting for tights and shoes and bag and ARGH GET IN THE CAR AND GOOOO!! And I ended up not eating anything for breakfast except like..one slice of bread and..yeah..one slice of bread o.O Class was okay until we started centrework and my goodness I SO regret picking the killer excercise that no one can finish without dying halfway instead of the other one because my stamina is SO LOW and the dance is SO LONG and it's just JUMPING AND BOUNDING AND LEAPING AND RUNNING ALL THE FREAKING WAY and when I think about it my arms don't get a SINGLE REST AT ALL and it's SO FAST so it's one step after another have to think about steps and music and technique and alignment and eye focus and face and not tripping over own feet and staying up in the air hoverrrrr oh my goodness point turn out feet pull up jump jump jump keep going you're almost there only a bazillion more minutes non stop come on come on ARGH FINISHES AND DIES. After that I was so extremely dizzy for the rest of the morning and almost fainted in the middle of crazy spins during free movement and my BRAIN hurt too because we learned the last two dances in one day and oh my goodness I came home and just threw up. o.O Need sugar man..


Anyway that was the highlight of my day. o.O Had an awful awful nightmare last night in which the world was ending and I was looking desperately for someone but couldn't find him anywhere and it was one of those horribly vivid dreams where you feel loss and hopelessness and fear and desperation and it all seemed too real for comfort and I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing, almost crying only to find that it was just the person I was looking for. Dreams and reality are crazy that way.


Apparently everyone's coming over on Saturday for dinner but I'm still clueless about what the actual plans are. My mom actually agreed to let them sleep over [wow-see what the right timing can do for you?] if we wanna have study group or something [yeah right] so I have to find out if they all want to..

That was me..screaming into a pillow..because today marks the end of the most shitty week to ever walk the planet and the beginning of what will probably be the most miserable holidays ever. Seriously. They're so miserable I already wish they were over. It's funny..when you think things can't get ANY worse... As if Monday [and tuesday and wednesday and thursday] wasn't bad enough..GUESS WHAT HAPPENED TODAY!!!!

See me and Ian were both in class. No one was doing anything..there NO CLASSES. So I was listening to his ipod on my earphones and he was listening to my mp3 player on his. Halfway through Afterglow I look up and I see Goh standing in the door staring straight at us. 'fuckfuckfuckfuck' so we as-discreetly-as-possible shove the earphones away and pretended nothing had happened but then she called us over and asked us to give her whatever we were listening to. Whattodo?whattodo? Since we obviously weren't going to give her both and we OBVIOUSLY couldn't give her the ipod..yeah


Sometimes in life shit happens, and you just gotta take it.

ANYWAY


I laughed harder than I've laughed in a long long long time today when Lynnie sang her struktur monomer getah asli song to me. It felt good. And Ian overflowed the already flooded sink full of random yellow garam [argentum iodida?] at our lab table so we spent about 15 minutes bailing out all the water with beakers and that mortar thingy we pound porcelein in. And then the usual massive water fight in the lab that always happens. And Ian's mini fireworks. And thank you God..it rained like crap at the end of the day..it always does when I'm feeling extremely crappy =) The rain always makes things a bit better. And I got to spend a BIT of time with him which never happens. =))


Whee. Here's looking on the bright side. I'm happy.

It's getting unbelievable around here. I know everyone's already been blogging about it..how we're all suddenly so emo and everything's suddenly gone all wrong so I'll just hop on and blog about it too.


What's wrong with all of us? Everyone's got some problem or another..some a whole lot bigger than others. Some are so convinced that parts of it are fake. Some of us are just just hiding it because that's all we know how to do nowadays.. And I know it's terrible but I'm seriously so sick of being at home. There's already so much drama going on at school and constantly trying to sort all that out is just so draining and then after all that there's some more drama even at home..I just want to stay in my room and finally be able to have some time alone where I can at least try to think about things properly but noo..my mom HAS to come barging in every 10 minutes for some bullshit reason or another and I love her but I honestly can't stand her nowadays and I feel so horrible about it. She just won't leave me alone..she won't let me be..she's constantly nagging and nagging about SPM like I don't already feel useless enough and doing all sorts of shit like taking my phone away at night..like wtf..and I have to keep up the normal act at home as well even though I'm so fucking tired and lost and confused.


There's fake emo which is how we used to get all the time over all these random meaningless little things and then there's real emo which is sort of like this emptiness but not quite because you feel pain but in that horrible numbed sort of way like you've been packing ice on your heart everyday so you won't have to face all the pain full on but even then it gets too much so you make yourself feel pain on the outside because anything that distracts you from all the shit you're feeling is better than nothing and you don't want to cry because you hate crying but you can't stop yourself and you fall into a sleep that isn't really sleep of any sort only to wake up barely 3 hours later to start all over again.


ANYWAY


Yup..so we got in trouble on Monday but amazingly Fat P was being quite reasonable and all. Spent all weekend being terrified for nothing actually. Went with the librs for the lunch yesterday anyway and it was alright-lah. Goh was all like "Good to have you with us" and I was like..er..o.O but yeah..lol. Today after BK we were standing in the canteen talking and Goh suddenly came up to us and was like "I want to talk to you" so she dragged us off to this class and gave us this really REALLY long talk. And most of it actually made sense la..After massive lecture I found Ian in the canteen so I didn't have to go home alone thank God and we were walking off to the LRT when Sher's mom stopped and offered us a lift to Bangsar which was really nice of her :)

Woah..okay. So concert is now over [boohoo] and everything is "back to normal" or so they say



Anyway..concert was pretty awesome. Friday's show was kinda ordinary. Didn't mess up or anything so..yeah. We all went out for lunch later at A&W and then to Megamall after that which I kinda regretted because I didnt get a chance to sleep in the evening or at night because I was on the phone for about...3 hours? my brain cells are officially fried beyond recognition.



The next day was psychotic. We met for breakfast at McD's in the morning =)

Muahaha. It went on and on until he threatened to kick me out of the car if I didnt stop conning him. Heeheehee. So fun la. Anyway. We stopped by the florist to get flowers because while I was at tuition I was magically appointed "buyer of the massive bouquet of flowers for Vicks" so yeah. That's what I did. Me and my dad picked out some amazingly humongous flowers and a card and stuff then he decided he'd better get some for my mom too in case she got jealous so he got my mom a really gorgeous bouquet and everything. My dad is so cute sometimes =) When I got home my mom was in the middle of a furniture moving frenzy and I got dragged into it. So I spent the entire afternoon lugging heavy furniture up and down 3 flights of stairs and by the time I was done all my curls had gone limp. So yeah :P Stopped by to get some chocs for Vicky and somehow managed to lug the flowers all the way to where everyone was only to have to run off again almost immediately to hide from the make up artists from hell who were lurking everywhere. they managed to get hold of our poor guys though. Spent ages trying to get our eyes right and OMGOSH I did my own eyeliner for the first time in my life WITHOUT poking my eye out!! *celebrates* I'm so useless at make up..seriously..

It was quite a strange wait..no nerves..no excitement..no glittery high..it felt like "Yeah..just another run through of America"..totally weird. Apparently I was expressionless practically the whole time I was dancing except for like maybe two seconds when Winston's little joke from the night before popped into my head like he predicted it would =) I was totally distracted during the finale too and completely messed up chunks here and there. o.O

After the show everyone was camwhoring even more and I didn't feel like it so I went off backstage to get my stuff and I dont think anyone noticed. And then just like that the last school concert of my life was over. =( *is sad*








The next morning at church I was totally falling asleep. Thank God for the smses that woke me up. :P And lying down for like even two seconds before I showered the night before was a total mistake because apparently I was completely covered in glitter that next morning..and the morning after that o.O o.O And yeah. Almost fell asleep during lit too.

Hallelujah momster got internet back for us ^.^ thank god. I was about to die. and i opened my inbox to find like 63 random emails about half of them about KongWeng and his stupid Friendster blog. Cant access postsecret though for some strange reason which sucks because thats actually the only reason i've been dying to get online so much..anyway


Concert is tomorrow [misery..no more practice =(] and of all the stupid ridiculous things that could possibly happen 2 days before a concert.... yan got kicked out of the dance on tuesday because she didn't button her sleeves. does that even make sense!??!! like OH MY GOODNESS LAH. stupid goh caught her and accused her of all sorts of ridiculous things. when zeng came and told me i was so sure he was joking but then after that yan herself told me and i was STILL so sure they were joking because i mean COME ON only someone extremely heartless could possibly do that right [which really says a lot about goh] but it was true and we were all miserable the next day. soonk wanted to start a 'lose a button' protest and some of us wanted to go protest to fat p but absolutely nothing could be done and poor yannie is out of the dance. =( un-freaking-believable i tell you. i told mom and dad and mom's reaction was exactly like mine..all "WHAT-THE-HELL-Y" and stuff but my dad just listened and after all the ranting gave me some pretty good advice. i should really be more like my dad


last wednesday i told my mom that there would be one last interact meeting and me, yan, bee and sa walked to the jalan pahang mcd's [we were going to take the train but the stupid trains were out till like..5] and we talked and talked and talked till 5.30 and i just realised how weird it is that we've "known" each other for 5 years and yet know nothing about each other. at all..


on saturday we went for this bk quiz at catholic high. me and sa totally TRASHED ian and sher [team number one my ass. MUAHAH] because even though they beat everyone in the 2nd round [and wouldn't stop gloating about it either] we kicked their asses so badly in the objective test. LALALALALAL *dances* and we almost qualified too..missed it by 2 marks but thank god we didn't otherwise i would've totally missed tuition..which sher's mom was kind enough to give me a lift to o.O

Since the last time I blogged I've..


1. Fasted for 30 hours.

So we had famine and it was damn fun. Had to leave halfway for Tan where Asher and Jiash and just about everyone else I ran into were tempting me with food glorious food. Told them all to piss off and survived the ENTIRE 30 hours even though there were beef foldovers dancing before my eyes thanks to the dumb moon which looked exactly like one. I'm quite amazed I managed actually because I woke up late and had nothing for breakfast but maggi hot cup [which really isn't very satisfying] which I had to eat in the car and NO COFFEE AT ALL can you imagine? Plus a whole bunch of us stayed up all night long bumming in the canteen and on the podium and dancing in the middle of the basketball court and watching the moon rise and telling ghost stories with Zabs and it was pretty fun but maybe I should've slept or something because the next day I seriously thought I was going to pass out while doing the mystery with Stef. o.O And halfway through I threw up what must've been the maggi from the day before because that was all there was to be thrown up so yeah...o.O no sleep+no food= pretty damn bad for health. Made it a point though to go to the chapel area and bum on my own for a bit and it was really nice. =) Thought I could watch the sun rise from there but I was on the wrong side of the school so meh. But it was cool anyway. Before we broke fast we all went down to make our massive sandwiches before everyone else came down for the food and OMG it was SO TERRIBLE. I kept dropping tuna on my fingers and ALMOST licked it all off if people hadn't stopped me. When we FINALLY broke fast that first bite was just so glorious, food had seriously never EVER tasted better and once I started oh my goodness I just couldn't stop eating. Everyone else got full after like half a sandwich but I just kept eating and eating and eating and I felt like such a PIG but I didn't care and we even made a pit stop at McD's on the way back to get MORE food o.O I'm quite amazed when I think about it now actually. Thanks to everyone who donated too ^.^ Managed to collect more than I expected to without having to ask the rents/family for donations


2. Moved

Yeap. I've finally moved. Not so close to Angie's place anymore =( but yeah. It was so weird cos my parents moved on the day of famine so I actually had to pack all my stuff up the night before famine and I spent that night sleeping on the floor of my empty room surrounded by a gazillion boxes of my junk. And yeah I was excited and all to be moving to a new house but I almost cried leaving my room behind because I grew up in that room and it was just so ME. =( I hearted it. Maybe even more than my new room..So anyway I ended up leaving for school from my old house on Saturday and coming home to a different one on Sunday and it was so mega disorientating because I was already so screwed up from having no sleep and coffee that when my mom stopped the car in front of some random place that looked nothing like home my brain just short circuited instantly. So yeah. Here I am now in my new house with no neighbours yet at the moment..still really unsure about how to give directions.."same road as Jia Liang's old house" and "near Checkers" doesn't apply anymore and hald the people have no clue where Decanters is so that isn't very helpful. Meh. Maybe I should post a map here so if anyone asks for directions I'll just have to give them the link to my blog. It's genius man.


3. Gotten something lost it gotten it back lost it again gotten it back [it just goes on and on lol]

4. Gone out for the last time till after SPM

I'M GROUNDEDDDDDDDDD [just another reminder in case any of you have forgotten] But on Friday I managed to beg my mom into letting me go out for Elsa's movie thingo. A bunch of us went to mv after school [took us ages to get there because Soonk's driver had this weird idea in his head that we were going to KLCC and was driving in the wrong direction for about half an hour] and we had to queue up for tickets like THREE times because the first time Lynn didn't manage to tell us in time that she was coming too so we queued up again and then after that we rechecked and realised we forgot to get a ticket for Shobaan but we refused to line up a third time so we went to the reservation counter and managed to wheedle the dude into letting us but a ticket from him thank God. Shobaan surprised Sa with a cake halfway through "dinner" which was really sweet =) The movie was great but there were like so many disruptions because halfway through Zhi called Lynn to tell her the NS list was out and we all started passing the message up and down the entire row of seats wich we occupied [muahaha] and we all wanted to check if we got picked and that's about when I realised my phone was missing and almost DIED but thank God Asher found it for me and THANK GOD I didn't get picked for NS *dances* muahahaha. It's not that I'd MIND if I got chosen I suppose it's just that I'd much rather not. =D Oh and AFTER the show we were the last ones to leave and me and Kimmie suddenly noticed that there's this stage thing under the screen so like typical morons we decided to go stand on it [whee...] and like even more moronic morons, everyone else followed too so there we were..10 jakuns standing on a stage in the cinema laughing our heads off and trying to get the cleaning people to take pictures of us. =) All in all..definitely THE most memorable outing everrrr.


5. Skipped a bazillion classes [>.<]

Been getting quite sick of constant concert practice these past few days and it doesn't help much that I'm now completely lost in every single subject except Add Maths and possibly Chem [only cos we make it a MAJOR point to go for Hayatt's classes]. I CAN'T EVEN DO MATH HOMEWORK ANYMORE HOW SCREWED UP IS THAT!?!? And sometimes I actually feel like going for class especially when it's something like Add Maths but we never get to because there's always some practice or other going on and RAWR. I'm going to flunk trials. Confirmed one lah
